Bent row 7/5/5/4/4/4/4 superset with Turkish get up 7/5/5/4/4/4/4

Stamina set:  Deadlift with 75% max:   12 reps / run 200M  9 reps / run 200m   6 reps / run 200m  3 reps / run 200m

5/10/5 shuttle runs x 3

Thanks man.....doing a program that works on strength and 5k speed time.

I might pick up another ruck, and get a no0b to do the 12 mile quarantine Star Course, just for fun.

Its funny - the girls who train with me - i make them carry the rucks too - they are happier than ever with their bodies with the shit i put them through. 

Getting leaner - more fit etc.

We are a team - total camaraderie - I respect the F out of them hanging in and complaining at all. 

Especially the women - badfng ass chicks.   Not a single one does "women push ups" on their knees.

Band pull aparts

Bench:  5 second negative, full 3 second pause on chest, 0 sec rest at top.  This is hard.   7/5/5/4/3/3/3/3

Stamina - note: every now and then my program suggests something so outside of what I'm capable of.  In theory this was:

5 sets
10 power cleans
10 push press
Every time the bar touches the floor (outside of a quick pause on the power clean) you do 5 brupees
Also they suggest 185lbs for this so...fuck that.

What I ended up doing was:
5 sets
10 power cleans
10 push press
5 push up when bar stopped
Had to lower the weight after 20 reps from what I started with.

1/2 mile run

30 Min Bas Rutten All Around Fighting

Bring Sally Up - squats

Bring Sally Up - push ups


Warmup 2 sets:

Reason I asked is rucking with a heavy pack is hard on your back and legs and there is wear and tear, even when you are a young kid in the infantry.

Any thoughts on that for yourself?

I pack at most 40lbs  At most. 

I feel totally fine with that.   

I fell like death running even a 5k - but can bang out a 12 miler ruck and feel totally fine.

Switched back to conventional deadlifts for the first time in over a year, maybe two:

90/90 breathing with hip lift
banded good mornings
elevated split squat
rolling

Deadlift:
10/9/8/5/5/5/5/5
Superset back hyper extension x 8

5 rounds AFAP
Sandbag turkish get up x  10
Over the shoulder sandbag throws x 10

5 x 400m run
