one of these days im gonna put that heavy bag bitch up in my back yeard so i can move around that bitch 360 degrees killin it non stop while listening to falcon music and lose some fat and condition my muscles

i noticed there are practically zero clips of this, i dont know if people are pussys or they dont have the endurance
