Been off all week, busy. :(

Hulkotron:
I swam today, which is basically an off-day given how slow I am.

CalvinH:
Ez bar drag curl
Dips
Db curls
Pushdowns
Cable curls
Over head tri extension

Abs

Grape Ape:
I have been lifting, but adding in 12 min conditioning circuits at the end to build back to some soulcrusher type stuff.

Hulkotron:
I swam this morning, averaged 1:59 per 100 yards which is pretty good for me.

Might go "work chest" (nh) later.
