the second one I need oppinions.. which is better..the original one or the cropped version?

i take it your trying to attract clients to train? All in all thats a great look for what your trying to do. the average guy really has no desire to get bigger than that

I do what I feel like DOING. If it attracts clients, so be it. I am fine either way.

You did this same thing last year I believe....you couldn't figure out how to put the two side by side.
With all due respect, why are you doing the classic "Muscle Tech Out of Shape" pose? You are obviously rounding your shoulders and pushing your stomach out to look fat. Little deceiving don't you think?

Exactly, the guy has lived around 40 past lives yet at no time has he mastered the art of posting two pictures side by side.
He just wants to post the pictures, he knows how to do it all right.

his arms got smaller but it was a sacrifice he needed to make
arms look much bigger. Fat covers up muscle

Seriously why does sev even bother going to the gym, anybody could watch what they eat do some push ups and sit up and looks the way he does now, the guy juices his eyeballs out and does not even look like the average gym rat what a sad case.
