I feel like a douchenozzle for starting a petition of any sort whatever, but this is needed: this esteemed forum should not serve host to the diary of a petulant turd. The voluminous amount of content produced by this man is of the lowliest quality imaginable, and grates many.
Further, if what he posts is true in the slightest, a break from this website is just what he needs. This place prevents him from having to deal with real world problems -- an unsustainable arrangement that will only hurt him more once the facade of genuine human interaction comes crumbling down.
Put him in Time Out for a bit; we will all be thankful for a slight reduction in the utter shit/quality content ratio and he will be better off because it is serve as an impetus for change. Or suicide, which is a sort of change, now that I think of it.

RAtard is now utilizing users' personal information in a damaging way (mugshot as his avatar). Members' info should not be used to harm anyone, and this is a clear instance of info being used as such. This behavior is deserving of a temporary timeout trip so that he can dwell on his mistakes and return with a better understanding of how to use the site.
