well most people who have 14 inch arms will never know the excruciating and hard work it takes to build big arms, actually i know rich in passing, i hadnt seen him in many years since about 2006 at golds venice, hadnt seen him in 6 years, and one day i was in the golds in hollywood, and he actually came up and asked me how i been doing, you cant fault a guy who goes to the gym everyday and actually lifts.

I like him but his advice is absolutely horrible. Here are a few of the things he has said that will stall someone's progress.
- train arms 3 times a week so they grow
- I train every day. There's no such thing as overtraining, only under eating
- I just train whatever I feel like training. If I feel like doing back, I'll do back even if I just did it the other day.
those are the 3 that come to mind. He seems cool, but no one should ever listen to him if they want to advance their physique

Many years ago, probably in the early 90's, I read an article by a bodybuilder named JJ Marsh, who had massively ripped legs. He was a bodybuilder who claimed his legs were a weak point until he started training them 3 times a week and turned them into a strong point. I experimented with 3 times a week training (squats) with my legs, and sure enough, they exploded with growth. If I recall correctly, I put on close to 2" of solid muscle on my quads one in about 6 months without any change in diet. I figured if it worked with legs, it might work with other body parts. Sadly, my experiment with other body parts didn't give me any decent results. But for quads and hamstrings, 3 times a week squats actually worked amazingly well. Mentally, it was tough, because although I loved the results of my squatting sessions, I hated my actual leg workouts, because squats was an exercise I always felt uncomfortable doing due to its affect on my body after a hard set. Many times it brings a feeling of nausea. Something I never felt with any other exercise for any other bodypart.

No body part if worked properly should or could be worked 3 times a week
Arms in particular bearing in mind they are worked during chest back and shoulders
... If you have to work arm 3 times a week
A. That person has poor arm genetics working them 3 times a week is counter productive
B. take up another hobby it's hard to believe but not everyone is meant to have huge arms

those are debatable and depend on too many variables.
btw i think he looks good overall, barring the waist
