What if you jinxed it, and a new president can not be elected until further notice, for whatever, presumably catastrophic, reason. That would be one for the history books.

I would take pride in setting a precedent that Americans haven't experienced since the FDR glory days.

So the conspiracy theories about Obama declaring a national state of emergency to prolong his presidency are unfounded hogwash? Post some proof please.
