Dennis Wolf, Quincy Taylor and Jay are at my gyms so... 8)

These are the strongest?  Does Wolf or QT go heavy?  (you know what I mean by heavy - heavy for a pro).  I can't remember the last time I saw a pro go heavy.  I'd say maybe Cormier but he doesn't lift nearly what he used to back in the day.

My personal best BP is 610lbs raw.  This is in addition to 5 hard Tae Kwon Do workouts per week.

When I travled alot I easily have trained in more than 200 gyms in US, CHina and Mexico.  I was almost everytime the strongest.  I would go into these gyms and some people would look and then after a few sets I would have guys and everbody coming up to me to say how strong I was.  When I moved to Hawaii though things changed.  There were plenty of guys stronger than me.  So it was humbling.  I was never strong in my legs though
