Who is Flex Lewis? Why does he call himself 'Flex' and what show is he getting ready for...looks like 'Jr. Nationals' to me...huge calves, though.

Luke's problem is that his chest is too small for his delts.

I'd say Flex has a better look to him - he's just smaller + smoother.

I hope Wood doesn't get stereotyped into a "Ruhl category" both Luke and Ruhl are two great people that deserve more respect than they get...

Flex's arms actually look bigger than Luke's arms.

I think he looks better than Luke, he is just too blocky.

I think that if Luke would just pull his shoulders back a little in some poses then it wouldn't overpower his chest it would flow better, because by no means is his chest small..

i would guess that Lewis is more like 5'7" or 5'8" because i think Luke is like 5'10" or 5'11".

Okay so who is Flex Lewis and what show is he prepping for? Why does he call himself 'Flex'. That's like some rookie NHL'er playing for Edmonton requesting the #99 on the back of his jersey...just doesnt seem right.

Flex is only 5'5." I think Luke has his shoes off there. Flex had the nickname long before he started bodybuilding. I think he's doing Britain's biggest show this fall to get his pro card, and he's only 22. Monster potential.

Maybe so, but I'd bet it's a tremendous amount even so. To me, all these guys couldn't do much natural...sorry. I never sweat someone because they use mad drugs.

Flex might have only just turned 22, but his legs have been pro calibre for atleast 2 years already! Hes had numerous articles in flex magazine over here (UK) and he has never lost a contest in his life. When he won the Jr title at the EFBB champs, he looked better than the guy who won his pro card. Forget Ricky Welling and Simon Cohen (hes a fukkin joke) Flex Lewis is the next big thing since Ernie T. I believe he could go on to eclipse even Ernies accomplishments, if he can balance out his upperbody it is going to be as hard as it possibly can be to beat him.

Maybe the British can finally get some credit

He calls himself Flex because, as i remember it, he was very flexible at school and in rugby. So his friends called him Flex
