Lol it normally doesn't look that way, I was just tightening it up trying to maneuver.

Stubbed it... Walked into the door, no cast, they put it back in place (which is freaky as shit!) And put me in a boot. I have to follow up with an orthopedic surgeon in a week to see if surgery will be needed.

I was just getting back into cardio too lol

That's sucks. Snap it back into place tape up the last two toes and be thankful it wasn't the big toe. Btw, one of our coaches is a former redskin player. The stories he has of RGIII would blow your mind. He was down here over the summer working out at the local JUCO and got to meet him. Cool guy but is nothing like how he comes off.

Injury to foot and imminent 6-hour immobilization in a plane? Beware of clots and PEs.

Can you make it a point to get up and walk every hour on that flight? Perhaps even now is an important time for dorsiflexion to keep blood moving through your lower leg veins.

I don't have a family history of PE or DVT, so when they hit me I had no idea what was occurring.
