Why do most pros hold their thumb between their fingers, particularly when doing a front double bi? Does it help the flexing? Grip? Help with the forearm flex?

it bring out vascularity..Bald has never competed agianst real bodybuilders only tards that's why he doesn't know the answer to the question.
