they play the numbers game. they send 500 million emails out, even if %0.001 of people are stupid enough to fall for it thats 5000 people. and the bigger the lie, the more people will believe it, so when that 5000 people do decide to believe the lie, the lie is so big that they truly believe they have lucked out and will send enormous amount of money. Unfortunately kigs played the same numbers game, and unfortunately more % of the bodybuilding community is dumb, therefore more people fell for it and keep falling for it.
