In the board room Lou tells everyone that at his prime he was 325lb and 2% bodyfat! Even Ivanka (Trump's daughter) asked him to repeat it. It was obvious she wasn't buying the 2%.

He made a comeback in the mid 90s at the master's olympia (around 94) where he weighed over 300lbs and those guys are probably a legit 3% bodyfat on contest day so he may have exaggerated a bit but probably not far off.

Really??? I thought low 4's were about as low as one could get and still function. Not that I have to worry about even getting to 4. Hell I am still trying to get to 40. Kidding of course.

When he placed, what, 12th and 13th, in his two comeback attempts at the O in the early '90s, he was gigantic within the several weeks leading to the shows. Well over 300 pounds. Like him or not, he truly was huge. I actually kinda worked out with him during this time when I was in Venice hanging with Tom Platz. Him and Louie are good friends, so by extension I was around him a little in World Gym (R.I.P.). Monster is how I would describe him. In a tank, pumped, no one looked more like a Mr. Olympia.

Yeah, maybe 3-4% for the guys that are absolutely ripped. When its that low it's hard to measure unless you have a DEXA or MRI scan. The calipers aren't that accurate, especially when there is almost no subcutaneous fat to pinch.
