I agree, Dave does a good job at Rx and has great content. My only gripe with him is that he himself never did keto, but I will say he did a great job with Evan turning him pro, and he did it on keto.

Out of curiosity. ..do you recall what type of precontest diet Dave utilized those days for himself? I am assuming the basic high carb, lowfat...super high protein of the 90's.

It's much more the opposite... I never saw an athlete(!) coached by Jumbo who looked great, but I saw examples of great looking athletes(!) coached by Milos, like Dennis Wolf, Hidetada, etc..
