  No, I disagree. Define best. If by best you mean freakiest, then the crown goes to Dillet, Ruhl or Lou Ferrigno. If by best you mean roundest and most aesthetic, then there are so many superior to Ronnie that it isn't even worth mentioning. In my opinion, the best overall delts I have ever seen were Levrone's at the 1992 Olympia: huge, round, striated and with all three delt heads fully separated and visible.
