Reg people have power ties, power suits, Mike has power wigs, it’s the difference between repping 405 or 275 on the incline benching

So now that we know Mike's true power....Puerto Rican wig = highest power setting.

But what about his other power sources? Did his Cambodian wig take down Pol Pot? Did his "Just For Men" grey wig, steal a role from George Clooney?

Should his hair pieces be in the next Avenger movie?

Hahahah! So good

Very strange workout for a bodybuilder.

225x1
225x1
315x1
315x1
365x1
415x1
415x4
415x4 board press

I guess it works for him though.  Maybe there are other sets that weren't shown.
He pretty much trains like a powerlifter, or at least a hybrid powerlifter/bodybuilder

Disagree, he trains as a bodybuilder, or more specifically a bodybuilder/powerlifter hybrid.

the tricep straightens the arm, it doesnt matter which excercice you pick
that one looks perfect for tearing something

Have to agree there, looks like a potential shoulder wrecker.

Agree 100% !  look at some of his basic lifts even behind the neck press. I don´t do it myself but his strength in this lift is amazing  :)

I don't how his shoulders handle that type of stress for behind the neck presses, and after all these years.

When you’re on a boat load of PEDs, it really does not matter what your workout is.

dude is still a beast  :)

Say what you will, but Mike is well spoken, has good charisma and is easy to follow through these workouts. I have never sat for any of his YouTube videos, but this one was easy to follow. Just the mere fact that he isn't screaming, mumbling through his words or making stupid faces is already a win on his part. The fact that he speaks good English, isn't dressed like a circus clown and appears to have solid strength, all the better. I can easily watch Mike doing his thing over Phil Heath, Ronnie Coleman or Kevin Levrone.

My only critique about Mike is that as good as that wig looks from the front and sides, it looks like a brillo pad from the back and it's highly distracting. That said, I don't think anyone has the balls to tell Mike to his face about this obvious aesthetic flaw.

Never use the word all when referring to muscles contracting.

This is actually funny because normally you're the first one who always points out the fact you can't isolate a muscle or an area of a muscle.
Sure front delts are involved but even if you do decline benches or dips a multitude of assistance muscles are active
