The white guy might as well be natural. He's got good lines and nice full pecs and abs, but for the rest he isn't big at all. Some decent genetics i think.
The black guy has a better and more ripped physique. Maybe he's just taking every chemical that's not on the list. Pretty vague line (natural/non-natural) either way.

both physiqes are very good,,both physiqe are hormonized
the sun and location of the picture contributes alot to the lines and defition you see in the white guy,,he is no less than 6-7%,,still fitness model level physiqe none the less,,this physiqe does get the most females and is a favorite among public,,some women will prefer little more meat and thickness especially shoulders chest,,while sacrifing 1-2% of bodyfat,,as in 200lb 7-8%,,but yes women like this type of look and this is considered top of the gene pool for public since they consider it natural,,so this guy did play the game right for what he wanted to achieve
