Face it, dude, if you're on enough gh to distend your gut like that, and yet you still don't have a whole helluva lot of mass to show for it, competitive bodybuilding ain't your thing.

You seem to be able to lose weight pretty fast, if you're 8 weeks out.

How much weight do you think you need to drop from that condition?

My full blown offseason was 224lbs, those pics from the show last year i was 185, so think with the extra size i gained i should hit the stage at 185-190lbs with more size then last time- just gotta get the BF down.
I don't usually go up that much in the offseason but i'm working with MuscleTech on a before and after transformation for their 6Star line. Wanted to make the change as extreme as possible ;D

lol well i'm livin proof that they don't, think the only thing they can adjust is your skin tone a bit i mean my after shots will be right after the show with pro tan on. I just gotta try and be the best transformation of the crop- cross my fingers the publishers pick me, i know everyone bashes MuscleTech but i have nothing but good things to say- been treated very well, proud to be on their team 8)

I said it before and i'll say it again: i know everyone who see's my pics says gh gut bigtime, but to be honest i've never touched it yet, probibly cause i can't afford 2 lol
I don't expect anyone to believe me but i've only done 2 basic bulk and 2 basic cutting cycles in my 12 years of training.

Yeah i was pretty pleased with the legs this time round, been hitt'n twice a week for about 2 years now (one heavy, one light high reps"300 reps total at 270lbs on the leg press")
Still not cutler quads but a work in progress lol ;D

you got a great platform there to work from popeye now build some more mass in yor chest and shoulders to take away from your waist which is thick but only due to muscle i can see that. i suggest wide grip on the hammer machine and lots of decline dumbell presses. let me know if this helps
