Either she used testosterone or it's a dude. But there are some delicate features to her face, so she propably used test as PED or to transition. I don't know her history. That voice is never normal for a girl, but now that I think of it, this could have been computer altered. Someone find another clip of her speaking.

I looked up some older videos as I couldn't believe it. There's a video of her as a teen where she sounds like a boy.
