If you have been training more than, say 3 years, it doesn't matter, as you don't grow any muscle after that time. One may 'convince' oneself that they are gaining, but in reality they are not. Hence, whatever you eat/drink etc don't make one iota of difference. Of course you will always have the fantasists such as Kiwiol with his fantasy island 80 b continuous quality gains, but back in the land of reality, that don't happen.

not true of course you can grow muscle after working out mroe than 3 years..if training has been high quality yes growth will slow down significantly if you train naturally..and you could say that it becomes even more important to play your cards rite after initial stages of growth

so you are wrong about not being able to grow after 3 years and about it not mattering as you could argue it matters MORE because gains will be harder to come by so the error of margin becomes less.
