No need to eat like that to stay very lean and in shape
Just do 2 iu’s of gh daily while running test (add some mast here and there) that’s it, still eat whatever you want and be in single bf levels, around 8-9 percent without proper dieting or anything
Calories are usually around 2500-3000 a day, not clean food, a pizza here, burger there
If prepping for a show and competing bber, then that’s a different story, for the average gym rat you’ll have great looking lean physique
