dunno. Ronnie was absolutely gigantic.but anyone that thinks Arnold didn't have 22+ inch arms at his peak is a bit naive imho. no offence.i'm 5'9 and when my arms are 19 they look like shit.
Arnold at his biggest had 23'' arms I think, but contest ready his arms were only 22'' in 1975, and probably 21'' in 1980. Ronnie had 24'' arms at his biggest, and 23'' arms contest ready

I orally measured Arnold’s cock at 7.125 inches in Golds Gym, October 1968. ‘Cold’ measurement after a workout. He weighed over 250 pounds that day.
There was a video where Jay Cutler and Ronnie were measuring arms and Jays were 22.5”, I have no reason to disbelieve Arnold’s armsize considering how much taller he was and how massive they look in pictures alone, truly his stand out body part.
