Arnold had legit 23'' arms, other bodybuilders had big arms but not as massive as Arnold, Lee Haney had 20'' arms, Dorian had 20'' arms, Ronnie had 22.5'' arms and Jay Cutler had 22'' arms

A 295 lb, Ronnie, with less body fat than Arnold and 50 lbs heavier and 3 inches shorter had smaller arms than Arnold? Any evidence to back this up? Where did you get these measurements? When Arthur Jones measured Arnold's pumped arm it was 19 3/4 inches. The largest arm Jones claimed to have measured was Sergio Oliva which was just over 20 inches.

How do you know that Jone's measure Arnold's arm in the 60s? Nautilus machines didn't even come out until the 1970s.

In a segment of his latest interview with G.I. Ronnie claims that he quit training arms for 2-3 years because they were getting too big.

and his arms are a good 2 inches bigger than mine. this is from today 12/10 as im prepping for the USAs as we speak

im 6'2'' and around 226lbs here with 19 inch arms.

my forearms are scary big. assuming from all professional auto detailing i did in my teens. wax on wax off   hand wax for $40.00
