What's the longest length of hair you have cut off at one time?

Female and Males, hair on the top of your head only please.   ::)


  Me -  about a foot in the 5th grade.  I think I still have the braid somewhere.  I still had hair past my shoulders when they cut it.

I took 14 inches off about 10 years ago.  They put it in a pony tail and cut the pony tail right off.  My hair was way down my back, and then just above my shoulders when all was said and done. 

I don't think I'll ever do that again lol.  :P

26 inches and it took it above my shoulders , almost 9 yrs ago , it made me ill .
I think it felt like an amputation.

I had probably 18 in. cut off when I was in grade school or jr. high.  I regretted it.

Back in 1995 I had long curly hair down tomy shoulders, lol...
I shaved it all off and still to this day have it rolled into a bun at home. It'll make a great topee for some bald dude who is willing to shell over a few hundred for it instead of getting horse hair  ;D

  Mine is almost to my waist.

   It's really annoying in the summer and I am too uncordinated to do anything cool with it like braids or something.

   And when it's windy I can't see.  And sometimes it gets caught in the window.


  That happened tonight. I was driving and I rolled down the window to brush the snow off the mirror and when it went back up my hair was caught in it.  So I rolled it back down and got almost all of it out except a few strands and I just ripped them out because I was pissed.

  it's either down or in a ponytail.     :-\    Maybe I could get one of those seen on tv thingys that you put the ponytail through it an make a fancy bun or something.

  Right now I tied it in a knot on the top of my head.

I've seen those things they look good  :D one of the grocery cashier girl uses one sometimes it looks cute  :)
