Obamacare plans tend to have sicker enrollees, data show
« on: July 08, 2014, 07:43:56 AM »
Early data suggest enrollees in new Affordable Care Act health plans may be sicker than other subscribers, placing strain on a system designed to balance the cost of covering sicker individuals with that of young, healthy patients. The health status of patients will affect premiums going forward.

People aren't stupid. This is supposed to cover people who are sick that aren't old enough for Medicare right? Hell if I had really bad health issues that would be the first thing I'd arrange.

What did they think would happen? They knew....nobody that passed this thing believed that young healthy people were going to regularly pay their premiums. More payoffs and govt control...
