Thanks for the info. Does this stuff actually decrease already existent gyno or are you using this to try to increase Test naturally...

IT is supposed to "eat away" at existing gyno,and prevent estrogen conversion ie: gyno from occuring

how well it works  remains to be seen (there are "real drugs " for this purpose as well)

Now only if you could hit that side chest better.  You'd look alot thicker if you didn't put your back shoulder up so high. 

I'll get into more detail later.  Need to get to work.

When i would diet down for a show it was the greatest feeling getting compliments from people you hadn't seen in a while.

Laura and myself just moved to sunny Florida 5-6 months ago
but the people i work with at the gym are very cool and tell me nice things about my physique changes

Why are you talking about filling out?  Looks like you have another 25-30 lbs of fat to lose to look cut.  Hopefully you won't look skelletal at that weight.

The only opinions you should take to heart are your trainer's and people that you respect, don't worry about these 'no names'.
