You are working so hard and with such dedication. It's super but there are 2 things that are patently obvious here:
1) You need to refeed now! 5,000 cals, maintenance protein only, 6g EPA/DHA after each carb meal, the rest high GI carbs of mostly glucose(maltodextrin/dextrose-starches), keep fiber lowish, allow a little sucrose/fructose (also fish oils to your everyday diet, plus a touch of sat fat from animal meat sources). Spread the 5g refeeds over two multiple meal days. You must reset things acutely right now. Yes, you are losing fat, but the rate of muscle loss is concomittantly high; unacceptably high especially considering you are not molecularly "unassisted" here. I'm just being honest. Whoever is managing you needs to address your chronically depressed leptin levels. Honestly, just two days once will not be enough to carry you for the next 8 or whatever weeks you have left, but I understand the phobia that can set in. i.e. You will have to repeat the refeed at least one day a week up until the last 1-2 week, and that is only to absolutely side step any gastrointestinal upset, or food reactions that may occur. It has nothing to do with gaining of fat. You will not gain fat, only water and only for a short time (1-2 days). You are taking 1.1 steps forward and 1.0 step back currently. That just is not acceptable. You have great conviction, you deserve an equipotent result.
2) Your wife is very supportive and loyal. That is great. I am very envious, honestly.
