This is good info but it should also include his PED stack. Training bench 5 days in a  week with 2 of them being maximum overload days means the repair/recovery was just as important.

Catholicism is a farcical faith.  Lots of stuff that has nothing to do with the teachings of the Nazarene and more to do with the egos of men.  Mortal and venial sins are but two examples of their stupidity.
