feels better after a good night rest but fuck me I fucked up my back before but
yesterday was ridicules - I had to call my wife over to help me up.
I get occasional upper back spasms when overtrained, doesn't even need backwork although it contributes. I eat solid (plenty mid-low GI carb), sleep well, and take pain killers at 2-3x the recommended dose for a day or 2. My prob is not skeletal tho as far as I know, never been to a doc since it's so infrequent.
