Fastest way I ever lost weight FAST was zero fat / carbs - chicken / broccoli 5x a day small portions, shit load of water, and workout 2x a day.Morning 45 -60 min treadmill w heavy clothes on. Night training w lifting and 30 min cardio after.

Lol, you didn't forget about the third mod curse!...honestly I've never tried to lose that much weight that fast...I go Mon-Fri strict healthy {except for beers after softball on Tuesdays } then I eat what I like on Weekends. I'll drop around 2 lbs a week when I do that.I have a trip to Newport Rhode Island followed by my yearly excursion to Myrtle Beach SC. coming up in August and I'm going to start my diet on Monday.I plan on dropping 10-12 lbs.
