Well, I do know what her bodyfat percentage is, but she may be bordering at the 30% mark or a little less (30% or more is considered clinically obese).

30% bf is not "clinically obese", it's on the upper end of "normal" for adult women.  You are thinking of Body Mass Index, which has nothing directly to do with bf and is also a pretty flawed metric for obesity in an individual (in populations it's okay).

Even a very lean woman will not be much under 15% or so.
