After 3 exercise of rear delts of 4 sets each, we did 4 sets each of those exercises which you see.
All sets are perfromed to the failure.

Kyomu only thing is doing the same workout as Paco maybe overtraining for you because you are natural, steroids give you much more recovery from training. Just a thought.

You are right and we were thinking about it.
But, Since I feel lots of power and i am progressing, he let me train like this.
His philosophy is "Do it hard as possible and lets take a look at physique every 2-3days. If you are progressing, lets keep on doing it. If not, refrain from it or change the style or nutrition."

started out with 40 on the incline dumbell, because I did 40 on back yesterday (im doing 30+ this week dont ask me why lol) and 40 took Forever do I decided 30 would do lol.
INSANE pump, and I actually looked pretty cool in a tanktop for once lol.

But we agreed on one thing for sure: your form sucks big time. Learn the whole exercise again from the basics, and use some lighter weights... it woud be a wise idea.

Ok. I explain it to you.
My delts are geneticaly weak and i tryed many ways. And still i combine two ways. One is almost like high clean like in this video. Another is super strict that i dont sway my body even 1 inchs. Both give me different kind of stimulations. And My delts improved really a lot.

Haha, dont worry. ;D Its for gay and Paco admit it. Paco always tell me how those stuffs of muscle gallery are polite,decent and pay really good. If they ask me to do it, i would do it without fail too. ;D

Thats an intresting question: what is the point of body building after you look "good enough". If you don't want to be a mass monster, and you know you wont be naturally, but you don't want to use gear. If you reached your genetic maximum, and you cant significantly improve anymore, just maybe ad yet a few more pounds in years. After a point you wont get more pussies, or more compliment from the people around you. Maybe you see some more progress, and other bodybuilders too if they take a close look, but no one else. Why do you train after that? And not just train, diet, work on new training schedules etc.
So why do you train Kyomu? You said you're lifting weights already since 2 decades... and well, i know guys who look better naturally then you with 3-5 years of training. Thats not against you, i haven't got the best genetics either as I'm a tall twink. I'm just curious. What is your motivation? And you don't just train, you take it very very seriously. I know your answer will be something like "its a fun hobby for me", but still i would like to hear it from you.

I have already known your idea ten years ago. I am not a beginner. I have been in bbing since 1988. I tryed every theory.
The conclusion, THERE IS NO THEORY.
Just watching out how body make progress. If I dont grow up with an idea, automaticaly i dont do that. But if i grow up, I would do no matter how ridiculous is.
If you meet me,you will surprise how various style of training i do still.

Thats why you are tall twink. Think about it. According to my gym fellows and certain getbigers(competitors) say that i made huge improvement in this time. You just dont have any idea. 3-4years and bigger than me? Yeah i saw few genetic monsters. But , i saw many juicers inferior than me also. So?

So how much lean body mass (muscle tissue) have you put on in the recent years? The fact of the matter is that the guy is right, you basically peaked a decade or more ago. It's the same for everyone, the progress stalls after a couple of years of training and eating correctly.
But you say you are making "huge" progress - how much muscle have you put on the past year for example? How much heavier will you be in your contest compared to last time? I hope at least 10lbs since you say it's huge.

Where do you expect to land at on competition day? How much did you weigh at your last show? You weren't quite as lean as you could/should have been so I'd guess you'll weigh a bit less this time around?
I think your lean body mass has peaked a long time ago but it's still possible you can weigh more or less on comp day depending on how you prep. A kilo or two in either way. However, it's still going to be in the same approximate range. You'll never weigh 80kg on stage for example without drugs. Unless you don't come in ripped.

Simple, training hard is absolutely nothing sacrifice for me.
But, since i love eating, diet is shit. So if i am not improving, DEFENITELY i wont prepare for the show.

Very hard to compare those pics. Different angle, different lighting. I don't think there's much difference as far as lean body mass though.
There's nothing wrong with competing and I'm not hating on you. I'm just saying that there's not going to be any significant muscle gains made at this point. It's just not going to happen, I don't care how strong you are mentally. The body adapts very quickly to any stressor and unless you made some insane strength gains recently you're not growing significantly. Are you much stronger now than ever before?
Even with drugs you reach a plateau very quickly. Something has to change drastically to keep growing. Keep doing the same cycles and you'll stay the same size. The body adapts to anything very very quickly. Some say bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint, but gains are always made in sprints - as a response to new stimuli.

You are going to make the same mistakes you did in your last show, if you listen to Paco.
cutting water , carb loading.....etc , usually don't work for natural bodybuilders.

this attitude is good to some degree but you must also tell the young guys waht is realistic so they dont fool themselves,, for natural gains will be veyr slow after a few years of decent lifting
limit for true natural at competition shape;
170cm 70kg if empty
height in cm - 100 = very ripped for competition.........yes you cna sit at height -95 in good shape a few weeks out but when you try to loose the last kgs and get empty for a show you will drop to -100
look good on the beach only need to go go height in cm - 90 or 95....compete you gotta go to -100..

this attitude is good to some degree but you must also tell the young guys waht is realistic so they dont fool themselves,, for natural gains will be veyr slow after a few years of decent lifting
limit for true natural at competition shape;
170cm 70kg if empty
height in cm - 100 = very ripped for competition.........yes you cna sit at height -95 in good shape a few weeks out but when you try to loose the last kgs and get empty for a show you will drop to -100
look good on the beach only need to go go height in cm - 90 or 95....compete you gotta go to -100..

It's not a theory, it's just common sense. You are taking it as an attack when that's not what it is at all.
I love training and can still make small strength gains after all these years. I just know I'm done growing, have been done for a long long time. The only way I will grow is by introducing new stimuli in the form of new drugs or increasing dosages or increasing training loads (which is possible even after many years but it's very slow). The body is an organism that adapts quickly to any stimuli - if you aren't giving it a reason to grow, for example via increasing training loads, why would it grow? And you know strength gains stall after a few years. None of us keep getting stronger every workout, year after year.

According my experience, The gain comes suddenly.
You will gain every month dramaticaly in certain term and after long plateu will come.
In that plateu, you cant gain even 1g of muscle.
Its like stairs.

Thats why i broke long time plateu and i am making this drastical change now.
And you guys dont know how my progress was stoped until then.

Would be great if you had tracked the amount of lean body mass you carry through the years. My guess is that you carried the most muscle when you did that cycle back in the day and since then you lost a little and have been floating in the same range +/- a kilo or two.

if you train even half decent for 20 years natural growth is basically finito no matter how much you know about food or training or meditation,, im talking about new gains no regains and muscle memory
yes some powerlifter make gains atrer 20 years but even then it most of the time regains or they just get obese and think they gain mass and muscle but if they diet they loose it and end up at same place as before,, this is the real world

Kyomu only thing is doing the same workout as Paco maybe overtraining for you because you are natural, steroids give you much more recovery from training. Just a thought.

i have a hard time believing the 18 inch arms right now...and the 20 inch arms when you were around 200 lbs. normally, a shorter person arms may "look" big, btu actually measure smaller than a taller persons because the longer the muscle belly, the bigger the contracted muscle will look.
not saying your lying, but the only way to prove this is with a vid of you taping your arm. you must do the measurement "cold" of course.
