What do you fellows think is best:
1) the crab Most Muscular
2) the Hands on hips most muscular
3) any other type
Also, do you notice that in the 40's, 50' and even 60', the MM was not done.
the only one I have seen from that era was a very good one by Dan Lurie (anyone post a pic of this?)
Finally,
does anyone recall in the b70's and 80's how guys would do the crab, and then , kinda rotate their fists around each other? Recall that?

Depends totally on the bber. Zane would have looked kind of goofy doing a crab but awesome doing a hands on hips.

i think levrone's is best of all time.... looks like a cartoon....
also darrem charles MMpose is great/unique
and of course flex wheelers hands on hips....... hes like a manga cartoon

to answer the question ..... i think it depends on the person and how they look in each MMpose..

The guys you posted all have great delts and arms but are just too narrow IMO to be considered one of the greatest. All factors combined beyond just delts and arms (including width, chest, etc.) I think it's between Nasser (obviously :)), Coleman, Dennis James, and Marcus Ruhl

Living on the East coast and hanging with Big Mike Katk since 14 yrs old...I was around alot of the guys who competed in the Jubinville shows at Mounatin park in Hilyoke., Mass...where those PI shots wer taken.

man, I like Cutler, but he is really smoked there.
Dexter just has to work on controlling his expressions while hitting MM...looks like he is trying to defecate.

IN the wheeler,sonny,munzer shot u can see both wheeler and schmidt outshaped and better structured than munzer,munzer was exciting to see posed because of the hardness and fibrous look to his muscle,but u be hardpressed to see a relaxed pose of him,he is not nearly as impressive ,posed insane yes but didi not have the greatest shape.

yep ur right.... however his quads had great shape and fullness and seperation and striations
also his lats in the front lat spread were good,,,,, they were full and thick and had a good sweep...

yep .... his quads looked as if they were growing over his kneecaps....the muscle was very full where it tied into the knee....

he's like a internet legend due to his conditioning,i'm not ragging on him he was really good,just looked awkward in some poses ,like that fr double bi looks off dosen't flow clean,cool pics dude.i remember them all.he's been dead since 95?wow...

yep his name is always brought up when talking about condition...yep he did look kinda awkward in certain poses...
but with tthat double bi .... i think hes goin for a golden era style which isnt really working for him when hes standing next to dry 90s mass monster cartoons
i think he died in 96 right after the FIBO..... "muscle" by jon hotten is a good read and munzer is mentioned throughout the book

REMEMBER FRANK HILLEBRAND insane legs...good upperbody but severly overshadowed by legs worse than demayo who had huge upperbody.

Little Phil has a pretty damn good MM. Probably my favorite, other than Wolfs MM, of the pros who are currently competing.
