I only see 2 options, either they create their rulers by engineering a superior being, or wait for their arrival.

Any Illuminati bloodline are just as weak and ignorant as it's fellow human being. There is no ruling elite capable of sustaining a NWO.
And I don't see any other outside entity intelligent enough making it here, that would still be dumb enough to go out of their ways to waste their effort and time trying to rule a hopeless, insignificant and incapable race such as humans.
Like I said the solution is creating a superior being through genetic engineering.
Rothschild, Rockefeller or whatever bloodlines are null and void, and a mute point. Now do you understand?
