Hello everyone, I finally got my account added and just wanted to introduce my self. I'm 23 and in the navy and lucky enough to be stationed in socal. I hope to do my first show some time in July or Aug when I added the mass I need.

He'll be ok, he is in that picture with Stan "fucking" Efferding - aka Rhino the worlds strongest bodybuilder who is true to the claim strong. He has the all time total in the 275 weight class with no knee wraps. Stan broke Jon cole's long standing record. (About 35yrs)
Navy mike, welcome to get big. Most of these folks live in the parents basement and hate on people, don't take anything negative to heart. It's all BS and sarcasm.
