Mitos was very ripped.

I trained at his gym in Marrickville once, the leg machines were not good enough.

yeh squatted there but the other machines were just ordinary, although back then i liked what i liked and didn't really get anything out of other stuff

you are right guys.. this is Terry Mitsos and not nasser.. sorry for the mistake.. but dont you think they look somehow similar

..

from the line-up i can say this pic. must be from either Chicago Pro Invitational 1992 or Niagara Falls Pro Invitational of the same year.. ironically both nasser and terry competed at chicago pro. that year!!.. also most of the guys in the back ground competed at both contests..

i have removed the pic. from the actual post but here i am posting it for those who want to see!!..

no i always consider albert beckles as a fantastic bb.. may be he was not great here but in general he was amazing.. firstly and above all because of achieving great shapes and victories at very old age (he placed 2nd after haney at mr. olympia 85 in his 50s and he won niagra pro. contest in 91 when he was 60 or 61 years old!!) and also for having great biceps (from the best ever) and great back details..

Think about it, how the hell do you compete at that level, nevermind place 2nnd at the Mr O? And then taking a show in your 60's!

i remember i have an old magazine showing his victory in 91.. as i said he was 60 or 61 and looked unbelievable.. i will scan the pics and post them tomorrow God's willing..
