They were both out of order.
Difference being she is a scumbag & behaved as one, deserved being arrested & charged
Cop is meant to be professional & have professional standards & acted like a loser thug,
He should also be arrested & charged because of the higher standards that come with the job.

Otherwise just employ the local hoodulms & Hells Angels to do the policing
They will give everybody just what they deserve.

Policing ( Here in the USA) attracts a certain personality type, and no its not the selfless, caring, empathetic person... Those are your EMTs and firefighters.

New developments in this case. Prosecutor said there will be no charges against the cop. The girl has priors and was on probation when she decided to spit and hit a cop who wanted to write either write a ticket for booze on the booze restricted beach or issue a warning. 

Can someone show me when she spits or hits the cops? Putting your arms out to defend against the incoming cop is not hitting, however you are charged as such. I saw no video of her spitting either.

Cops are trained to say things like 'stop resisting' because they know that the camera is on, or that someone else is filming and with the magic words 'stop resisting' they are free to stomp on you as they please.
