U think you'll see a difference after one week? U are not worried about satured fats, sugars and alcohol but about Sodium lol?
What is your expertise in pre-contest preparation?
Because saturated fat and sugar is completely irrlevant for that IMO.
Of course I won't be losing any significant amount of bodyfat in one week. But since my usual diet contains lots of salt, I want to see how much water I can shed by leaving out salt. Maybe I'll do some carb manipulation in the last two days additionally.
