The kid's parents probably threatened to roll out the lawyers. The photographer didn't want to incur crippling legal fees. Settlement sums can be retarded, he's probably content just rolling with the punches. Not worth risking his house and wheels over.

100 years ago boy wouldn't live to his 20's. 50 years ago he wouldn't go to school with normal kids. 50 years from now I hope we will find ways to help boys like him.

That photographer should NEVER be allowed to shoot at that school again.  That was pathetic.

You include every kid together who is in the class, not put him way off to the side because this freaking photographer was too lazy to get it right.  That is the photographer's job to get it down right.   

At least the school realized what a mistake that was, as well as the class.

I don't see what's wrong with the first pic?

Is the teacher/photographer supposed to take him out of his chair and sit him down on the bench? yeah, lay your hands on a young boy and watch what happens with lawyers.

Best way would have been to ask the parent what they would like done, but in this liberal world, that would incur wrath from a she beast that "why isn't my kid like everyone else? you best get my kid's damn name out yo mouth!"
