Waddy this diet works best for me by far. I like to eat nothing but fesh fruit, protien mostly from Fish, Ground beef, Chicken and steak, and I drink atleast 8 beers a night.
I have never had as much energy, or been as lean and strong since I started this diet.

When he said on this board that ALRI was sponsoring him and preparing him to get in the best shape of his life, I was happy for him. Venom s actually a great supplement...
What he needs to do is re-evaluate his diet, nutrition, and training....either he isnt training hard. If he isnt training hard, then his diet must be all wrong..and if his diet is all wrong, he is never ever going to make any progress....
For the Lord's sake, we have experts on this site that can help him....Mike Arvilla, gh15, Candizzle, Jimmy Mentis, Chick, ect.... we have competitve fitness, figure, bodybuilders, and nutritionist/dieticians on GetBig who offer free advice... I dont understand why a lot of pople arent taking advantage of this and utilizing this site and its people...
All he has do is ask and people will give him free knowledge....
GetBig has a lot of rescources...its posters are its resources....

Melvin already knows everything so hardly needs to reach out to anyone here. He dismissed my gym because some equipment was painted purple. That is how the brain of Melvin processes information. He has 'certificates' from the net in nutrition and training but hasn't been able to demonstrate his knowledge through his physique. All we have is hype and empty boasting. The reality is Melvin is a permanent intermediate trainee. There is no evidence that he actually trains in a gym or lifts weights.

I could sit out and you apes throw feces at yourself but I thought I'd answer the question.
I'm not one dimensional like most personal trainers. What I mean is that your typical personal trainer only shows people how to use exercise equipment and that's about it. Some trainers whose names I won't mention think that their ISSA Personal Training Certification is all they need and fail to learn anything else. Most trainers fail simply because they spend more time showing their customers how superior they are compared to them. It happens a lot and they end up losing their clients to someone like me
I on the other hand focus on a person's whole body needs which involves a combination of exercise, nutritional therapy, and healthy cooking as well.
By doing so, my customers and clients feel that their money was well spent and most importantly they get results so when they need anything else they come back to me.
JerryMe, when you met me you shook my hand and acted all buddy buddy with me at the Olympia which is why I was supicious of your behavior and didn't say much to you and I was obviously correct in my assessment. You have no business telling me what I should do. The whole purpose of the posedown was for entertainment and it certainly wasn't a bodybuilding show.
Also, please do not associate me with ALR whatsoever. I kept my promise and after I finished the stack they gave me, I sent pictures of myself to the company showing the real me at 179 pounds and in ripped condition and they declined to use my image or offer anything of additional value.
I haven't shown or posted the pictures from January because I'm currently working out an agreement with another company. ALR was stupid for not snatching up an opportunity as my horrible Metrolina pictures are of legend on the internet and to not cash in on that is crazy.

If you really trained and dieted hard, you would be making progress. There is definately something you are doing wrong wether its your diet or training or sleeping habits...
There are a lot of us who made incredible transformations because we "applied" ourselves or sought help from someone who knew more about dieting or training... i.e....Arvilla, Candizzle, ect....

Melvince likes to bullshit. I never took anything but Dianabol for an anabolic. I regret that I felt I 'had' to do so to win a national title. Imagine how embarrassing it would be to be a pro today and take all the drugs that they think they have to take.
Melvin is a special case because he didn't have the resources to get proper drugs and resorted to concocting some vet home brew that resulted in his infamous side effects known as gynocomastia. Wait, I forgot, he had those as a teen.
I offered to train Melvin on my purple machines in my gym. Matter of fact, that would have been appropriate. Not sure I could find accommodation for Queen Vissy. However, he would grow some muscle and return home in a few months bigger and better than Arvila and many other internet wannabes.
Melvin lied about retiring the Vince G CSN MFT handle. Guess he is a legend in his own mind. Can't imagine what he did in the Irongame that is legendary.
