someone posted a vid a while back featuring some japanese bber, i forgot who but i dont think it was this guy. he had the worst, wierdest muscle shape like he ahd torn every muscle, it showed him doing preacher curls and he was just swinging and jerking like crazy, making faces and sounds that only an asian can do, it was one of the funniest damn things ive ever seen anyone remember that vid?

i watched this with an open mind seeing as many bbers have developed seriously big bis with cheat curls, not least of which being arnold himself.
ok, so this guy's arms don't match the poundages, but if you look at his physique overall, his bis are probably his best bodypart. he has certainly built a lot of density for his size.
i just wonder if a guy like him (and i have no idea if he is natural not) would actually get better results if he trained lighter and stricter. most bbing authorities will tell you that he would but what i have come to discover about 'bbing authorities' is that they usually have 40" waists and 12" arms and seem to spend more time talking about and thinking about training than actually training.

But you have never seen skinny kid lift huge bench? He is one of that case.
I am the opposite case, i dont bench more than 100kg and i can barbell curl with 50kg only.Even if i use cheating like him, 60kg is the max.
Many of my fellow competitors lift much more than me.

no but...
your not being sure - any apparent signs of a bicep tear ie significantly shortened muscle belly - any other physical or documentary evidence of a bicep tear, i gave him the benefit of the doubt and viewed with an open mind.
got to admit, by the time he got to preacher curls i'd lost interest and moved on. imo, a curl is a curl, especially when you're using other muscle groups. don't understand that logic or the sensibility in performing massive cheat curls on a preacher bench.
