your not being sure - any apparent signs of a bicep tear ie significantly shortened muscle belly - any other physical or documentary evidence of a bicep tear, i gave him the benefit of the doubt and viewed with an open mind.
got to admit, by the time he got to preacher curls i'd lost interest and moved on. imo, a curl is a curl, especially when you're using other muscle groups. don't understand that logic or the sensibility in performing massive cheat curls on a preacher bench.
