What exercises should I do?

Try my upper-body day chest workout! Twice a week, different workouts each time:
Workout A- 1) Flat bench flyes drop-setting heavy to light (pre-exhaust the pecs). (5 sets)
2) Incline Hammer strength bench press, again drop-setting to failure. (5 sets)
Workout B- 1) Pec-Deck heavy to light (again a pre-exhaust)
2) Wide-Grip (almost collar to collar)Smith Machine Barbell bench press to neck, heavy to light TO FAILURE (use pegs just over your chest to stop the barbell, or you'll get hurt!)
