I am a weak bench pressor naturally. And also i go down the bar toward my chin. That works a lot your pecs due to maximum stretch. But you cant handle heavy weight.
And also i(we) do bench press for our third or forth exercise of pecs day. So its normal that i am so exhausted.

Because I was learning spanish in my university. And i had plan to stay barcelona for three yrs to make my spanish complete..
But, hey...when i noticed myself, it has passed more than 10yrs... god....

me too,once u get past that you will never impress people at the gym on the bench ,you learn how to get big chest without them..not everyone had Arnold/franco/haney type both chest strength and development..

I can only do reverse bench press now due to rotator cuff injuries and chronic tendinitis.
I thought you guys (Paco) were living in Madrid ???

We are living in a village near from Barcelona. His gym is in a city next to Barcelona.

I saw many good bench pressors who dont own good pecs.
Daiki Kodama a bench press world champ has smaller pecs than me.
Even if he dont use any tecnique, still he can lift twice than me.
