I know we joke a lot here about so-and-so having mental illness, but this guy actually does, no question.

He likely would not have completed the first rep with 405 had the spotter not been pulling.

I can bench 225 for a couple on a good day. Today I tried to bench 405, I destroyed my elbow and fractured my shoulder joints, I guess I didn't believe in my self enough.
