I think Nabieva had it planned like this all along. She slammed gear, but not enough to ruin her face. She only trains her lower body to make sure she doesn't totally repel the average male, and at the same time has a unique look... PROFIT!

I do think she actually does some upper body exercises like cable pull-overs and pullups, but she certainly doesn't go as hard on her upper body as she goes on her lower body.
Did she actually plan to look like this all along? I don't know, we don't know actually. Sure thing is that she has indeed achieved quite a unique look while still having a pretty face, despite very likely taking some gear, probably some low dosed anavar.

there is video where she has admits and discusses using gear.  yes it hasnt ruined her face, but her voice is now extreme freakishly low.

she was also a cam girl (lady_sport mfc) for a while so there are plenty of vids of her online floating around.
