I remember in a bbing video, maybe it was artwoods vid, he did something like incline dumbell presses...he did one rep and they actually replayed that rep couple times to appear hes doing the weight for reps or something like that. :D

They did that with Greg Kovacs's first video too. The show Smith Machine loaded with 6 plates aside, then when he's doing his set of 6 it only has 4 plates on it. A lot of these guys are full of shit as to what they can life. Ronnie & Dorian are the only two who made good intense vids that show them heaving serious weight.
