You seem to care more about misspellings than your own health. It's only 100% when you buy meat from a farmer. With all respect, but at your age you should be less naive to believe these claims. Regular cheese shouldn't be part of a healthy diet, and don't let me start about fried foods. Trump never had good taste, nor for foods, nor for women. By referring to him, you're providing a 'poor' example.

Free room in board, free food, no bills, you can literally save 99% of what you make here it all depends on your lifestyle and things to do with your free time. I have guys who work for me from India who save almost every dime they make, they pack food when the leave the ship on breaks to go to the beach and whatnot, they never spend money outside the ship unless it's absolutely necessary. Then you got guys who blow their money on things like Jordans, fitted hats, tattoos, jewelry, fast food..and not to be racist but most of them are black guys and side note most of my friends on the ship are black. So it's on you, but this type of lifestyle isn't for everyone, it's mainly attracts people that are free spirited and love to travel and live life in the moment, most of the people that work here go on very big vacations and don't seem to care much about saving for the future. I don't spend much, I do buy a few items here and there at WholeFoods, if I meet a girl I may get a rent a car and go exploring for the day, or rent a hotel room for the night. But for the most part on my breaks I go to the gym and go to the beach which don't cost much money. And to agree with Pellius all the McDonalds I have been to in Hawaii have been very clean and also offer spam with some of their breakfast meals.

We had a local 'Sears' over here, called V&D. I remember visiting that place with a formal girlfriend. Only she was looking for something, so I had the time to observe the whole space. It was a fuckly old building, full of crappy products, like if we were visiting a communist store. No wonder why they went broke after being in business for over 130 years.

I save a lot for sure, I saved even more when I was bartending in my 20's just on the fact that I was working on all the nights my friends were going to nightclubs spending money. Yes I invested $30,000 at the age of 25, I gave to my dad to invest in the market, he is heavily involved in and has knowledge about this world. He invested in stocks like Starbucks, WholeFoods, McDonalds, Coke, Bristol Meyers Squibb. This initial investment in 12 years ago is well over $100,000. Wife and kids will happen in the future dude, I'm not in a rush, just enjoying life, most likely I see it happening in my mid 40's early 50's. I think guys like Clooney and Stamos had a pretty good blueprint on how to go about life (in regards to relationships and marriage).

Not all blacks are like this but I have witnessed a lot of my employees work an entire contract 6 months and go home with 3 or 4 thousand dollars, which means they spent a whole lot of there paychecks every week. Then I've seen Filipinno and Indian employees go home with 99% of what they earned, as well as saved every single receipt in which they purchased any item pertaining to their job, so when tax time comes they can write these items off. I enjoy my money mainly through travels, I just found the things I truly enjoy in life don't really cost much money, I love training, any type of physical activity outdoors (hiking, biking, swimming, surfing, running) the beach and warm climates, good food, and women. When it comes to clothes if you have a good build, you can make a V neck t shirt from Target look amazing, also if you go to Thailand you can buy amazing tailored made suits and clothes for very cheap, I've bought 3 custom suits and 3 custom dress shirts for around $250. Not to mention I spend 9 months a year in a uniform for work.

Because blacks have a poor ability of planning ahead. Evolutionary trait I guess. Living in the African continent food was plenty, sturdy shelters, clothes and means for transportation not really needed. So there was no natural selection where the resourceful/cerebral survived or reproduced at a greater extent.

You buy all your meat straight from a farmer? Doesn't all meat come from a farm? Their beef comes from the same place that you get in a grocery store or restaurant. And fried food is bad? Why? Because it's fat? Fat is bad for you? Maybe excess fat. But the same applies to excess carbs and protein. Excess food is probably the biggest health concern in this country. But vegetable oil, unsaturated fat, is bad? I don't think so. I make sure I consume at least two tablespoons of Olive Oil everyday and mix it in all my meals because I want to lower the glycemic index of everything I eat (yes, I am a "Zone" diet fan).

And what makes you think I'm not concerned about my health? In my family, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease seems to get all of us in my family. Out of a family of nine I have thus far been spared any of these symptoms. Everyone else has either had heart attacks or on blood pressure and cholesterol med. Not me. I pay very close attention to what I eat. Beef isn't fake meat. Hot dogs, balogna... all process meats I stay away from. I also avoid refined sugar like the plague. Haven't drank a soft drink in years or touched alcohol in decades.

But of course the proof is in the pudding. I keep in go shape and lean enough to have visible abs year round. I also get a blood test every 3-4 months as part of my HRT regime and my lipid profile is on point. I get one this Monday. In addition, I check my blood pressure twice a day. Three times if convenient. This is the biggest risk marker for me so I'm on top of that and take supplements that does help (hint: cialis twice a week. Stimulates nitrix oxide and brought my blood pressure down a bit).

It's near noon here in Hawaii and I just took my blood pressure and also a snap shot of my lip profile take in April. Nothing has changed much if any over the years. You would think that at near 60 years old all the abuse you claim I have given my body would have shown up by now. (This, btw, has nothing to do with sport injuries which is a different issue all together and nothing to do with diet).

Now what about you? When was the last time you got a blood test and how did that go? Lets see a RECENT pic your abs so we can determine your body composition. Just like that guy lecturing about the evils of McDonald's there was nothing about him, with his belly spilling over his belt, that would indicate superior health and fitness.
