as i said before it'd be cool spar with you as i'd keep my cool and poise but just dont go full force just like my boxing coach did if he went full force he would have knocked me da fuck out although he did bruise or crack a rub or two

i finally uderstood i am ovetraining and undereating so i should add some size now also i added in 50 mgs drol with 20 mgs var and dropped test to a true trt ie. 75 mgs weekly

i'll llet the drol and var do the work

also ima count cals and be very careful with them and monitor progress very strictly

time to get STRONG AS SHIT and hopefully add 10 or so lean pounds of bw
