The wines are Cabarnet and Chardonnay for those wondering. I don`t drink Merlot and I don`t think anybody should.

I didn`t take a picture of our Pear Dessert baked in Brown Sugar and Butter which was great as well!

I was going to do the MCDONALDS diet in a challenge to ANSSI at MD. What this would have done when I won, which was inevitable, is bring positive attention to Mcdonalds to the bodybuilding community and such, as this was all going to be featured in MD if it progressed according to what Dave and Anssi said. Anssi agreed, then quickly dropped out. He never posted a picture and then said he got injured. He is in not any kind of shape at all. You would laugh if you saw what he looks like. Dave Palumbo said he looks like he does not even work out.

I eat whatever I want and this is what I wanted. I advocate eating whatever you like. No food is off limits.

Although I'm not a fan of having the head on the fish, I must admit that's a good looking meal. Perfect BB food. I hope you worked out before or after that meal, so you could put all that nutrition to good use.

merlot has it's place but is a little tougher than a smooth and full red like a cab,i would have a pinot grigio with fish it's light with a fruit finish,also gavi de gavi bianco from trentino region is good with fish.polenta would have been good side dish too.

I do not like the taste much at all. Some people really like it though. I just like a full bodied wine. To me, Merlot is not near as robust.
